A YEAR TO LIVE: A MONTHLY CONTEMPLATIVE EXPLORATION

Based on the book by Stephen Levine, A Year to Live invites us into a powerful contemplation: how would we live, love, and show up differently if we only had one year left? This year-long group is an opportunity to explore this question in community, one month at a time.

Ongoing: Every 1st Wednesday for One Year

Zoom Link will be emailed in the days prior to each session.

Session 1:

Group A: Wednesday June 4, 2025

Each session will include:

• A short reflection from the book

• Guided meditation and experiential practice

• Space for sharing and deep listening

• Invitations to reflect and integrate between sessions

This group is for anyone who feels called to:

• Deepen their relationship with impermanence

• Live more fully and authentically

• Explore grief, healing, forgiveness, and legacy

• Cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and presence

You are welcome as you are, whether you are exploring loss, seeking deeper meaning, or simply curious about what it means to truly live. Come as you are, when you can. There is no commitment required, join for as many or as few sessions as you would like.

Let this year be a sacred invitation to awaken, release, and live with intention.

This is a free, heart offering.

**Please let me know if you would like assistance purchasing the book.

This offering is co-created by Stephanie with Selah Mind and Angie Frank with See Inward (https://www.seeinward.com)
